During lent, we try to adhere to "no meat Friday" by adding fish to our menu. Our favorite is grilled salmon with asparagus paired with Artisan White. The crisp, citrus, herbaceous wine is perfect for this salmon recipe full of fresh herbs. If you prefer salmon with butter or cream sauce, it's best to pair it with an oaked Chardonnay. The meal and wine pairing was delicious. It was so good that we completely forgot to capture an image before we "dug in." We grabbed this one from the site where we found the Recipe.
